Business Developer

In this role, you will be accountable for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clinics, hospitals and doctors, and driving the growth of our software solutions in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare sector
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, including clinics, hospitals and doctors
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver effective sales presentations
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the healthcare sector
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends and challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients in healthcare
  • Connections with clinics, hospitals and doctors is a plus

Communication skills

  • Must be able to communicate effectively with head of business development and technical teams
  • Must have strong presentation skills
  • Must be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Must be able to mentor and guide junior team members
  • Must be able to adapt communication style to different audiences
